Football Fans In Training (FFIT) is a new nationwide health project being launched across every club in the SPL, and set to kick off this September at St Mirren Football Club.

Supporters can sign up to take part in sessions aimed at increasing physical activity, improving diet and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

FFIT is open to 35-65 year old overweight males and is being provided by St Mirren Football Club as a FREE service to our supporters! You will become part of the Club for 12 weeks, being issued with official club training kit to work with our football and health coaches one evening per week.

Similar programmes have proved a massive success with clubs in the English Premiership and Championship. Now we will be leading the way in Scotland!
