Yesterday afternoon, St Mirren manager, Danny Lennon gave his players a change of pace for their training routine by having them attend a Zumba dancing session at the Ralston Community Centre.

Zumba was brought to the attention of Danny by Audrey Cave who is well know to St Mirren fans as the lady who works in the Ticket Office.

She said, "I have got into the new fitness craze of Zumba which I've been using to help me lose weight.

"When I came into work every morning I kept telling Danny about it so he eventually came up with the idea of having the players go through a session.

"He saw it as a bit of high energy fun for the players after a hard day's training which would also be a good team bonding exercise - and by all accounts it has gone down really well."

The players were put through theirs paces by Zumba Dance instructor Samantha Colhoun who hosts several classes a week in the Paisley area.

If you want to find out more about the classes that Samantha hosts you can log-on to her website, Zumba Paisley which has all the info you will need.
