Five players from the St Mirren pro-youth set-up have been invited to take part in a Scotland U15 Squad Training Camp.

Fraser Carstairs (right back), Callum Thomson (central defender), Declan Hughes (central midfielder), Conor Lynass (striker) and Jon Scullion (striker) will all go to the training camp at the Sportscotland National Centre in Largs on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th March.

David Longwell, St Mirren's Head of Youth Development, said of the news: "It is fantastic that we have had five boys selected for this gathering.

"This training camp will be used to chose the squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Belgium and Jersey and then the Victory Shield squads for later in the year. Hopefully some of our boys will be selected but whatever happens it will also be a great experience for them.

"We would like to congratulate the boys in being selected for the gathering at the National Centre in Largs and to wish them all the best of luck."
